I started stitching a small design from the Just Cross Stitch Magazine (July/August1988) while on a recent trip. It was a very quick project! I used some 28 ct. linen that I had on hand.
After I had started stitching the design, I realized I had turned my working copy around inadvertently. Notice my dragonfly is "flying" northwest instead of northeast! Oh well, at least there was no frogging necessary. 
I haven't pressed it yet, but you get the idea.

Since there's no writing or similar embellishment to reveal the mistake, I say just turn it 90 degrees when you frame it!
After all, should you wish your dragonfly to fly northeast, it's just your initials to change place and to turn your fabric 90° ;-) Well done. Ann
